À propos de ce contenu audio

The Devil comes to Moscow, but he isn't all bad; Pontius Pilate sentences a charismatic leader to his death, but yearns for redemption; and a writer tries to destroy his greatest tale, but discovers that manuscripts don't burn. Multi-layered and entrancing, blending sharp satire with glorious fantasy, The Master and Margarita is ceaselessly inventive and profoundly moving. In its imaginative freedom and raising of eternal human concerns, it is one of the world's great novels.

Just excellent! A magnificent satire, and a superbe performance! It's been long since I REALLY enjoyed a book labelled as a masterpiece.

Just excellent!

That was amazing. A story within a story within a square within a circle. So much happens within the shadows, like a traffic accident, i couldn’t look away. I am disturbed, and at the same time, entertained. Excellent vocal actor, too. I will never look at a black cat again without suspicion.

Another voice actor destroys a classic novel. Obnoxious use of working class British accents for a Russian novel makes no sense. The idea that people buying a book like this would need an over the top performance to be engaged is comical. Treats the reader like a philistine incapable of appreciating great literature on its own merits.
