A Very PG Rock Star Romance

This was a very sweet love story that focused less on the rock star and more on the romance. It didn't delve to deep into the life of the rock star like most traditional books so if you're looking for that look elsewhere. This is also a very PG book so of your looking for something a little more steamy, also look elsewhere. This is just a cute sweet simple love story. Worth a listen.

Fantastic narration!

Narrator made a good story great- male and female. Not sizzling hot but satisfying plot and character development. Worth the purchase !

This author never disappoints! This was another great book read by a great narrator. I do recommend it!

Rock star romance that’s highly recommended

This is one of my all time favorite books to read and listen to. Mia and Brennan’s story is just so timeless. Mia and all her quirkiness just makes me smile and laugh. Brennan’s journey to find himself again is so heartwarming. They are two people who never should have worked, but are just so perfect for one another.

The beginning of the story grabs me and the ending puts it all together so beautifully. I’ve read it twice and listened to it three times, and am just as touched as I was the first time.

The reader does an excellent job and needs to narrate so much more. She’s just perfect for this book.

Wasn’t enjoying through chapter 4

Listened up to chapter 4. Wasn’t enjoying. Thought it seemed kind of simple (silly) so am marking this as read or deleting

The rock star and the artist -- ROCK!!

Really enjoyed this book! It was fun and romantic and yes, it's quite sexy. It was SO enjoyable and just what I needed.

Honestly, I was a bit weary going in as I've been surprised in the past with too much sexiness. I love sexy scenes but they have to be done tastefully and they have to add to the story. Julia London definitely delivered.

Argh! I can't express enough how much I enjoyed this story. It was so much fun! I just wish I felt more connected with the characters.

Cristina Panfilio was delightful as a narrator. I loved the different voices she provided each character and she was quite soothing to listen to after a long day of work.

Cheers to an awesome, fun and romantic story!

Excellent story and great performance by Cristina Panfilio

I have listen to this audiobook multiple times over the years because of the emotion of the story, and the great performance by Cristina Panfilio. It is one of my classics. Cristina becomes Mia in the unlikely love story of two artists, one on the big music stage and one in the floundering artist stage, but both of their careers are at a low point. The story of these two artists and how they help one another unknowingly get their lives back on tract is compelling. The humor in the story never gets old to me. This combined with the emotional ending makes for great listening and reading. I would highly recommend this audiobook and the book.

Humorous & Sweet

I thoroughly enjoyed this romance novel. It was performed very well and the characters were quite entertaining! I appreciate the theme of being yourself no matter what. I laughed several times listening to this well-written story and enjoyed the ride of emotional ups and downs between a rock star and a small town artist. There are a few steamy but mild to moderate sex scenes, so I’d say this is more PG-13 than PG. Overall, this is a great listen!
