Description

When it turns out that Harry's and Lola's friends are a divorcing, not-on-speaking-terms couple sparring over the same house, the strangers find themselves accidental (and reluctant) roommates for the summer. They agree to make the best of it, even posing as a couple to mingle among East Beach's well-heeled crowd. But the ruse is starting to feel real - and romantic. Are they brave enough to reveal their feelings before the summer nights turn cold?

Loved the story, but it dragged a little
I loved this story. The characters were great and well developed. I loved that Julia London gave Mia and Everett from the first book in the series an appearance. The narrator did an amazing job. I really got lost in the book.
The only thing I didn't like was that the story dragged on. I felt like it could have ended earlier and been much better. I understand that both characters were scared to share their feelings, but it was overkill. It went on a little too long. That being said, I would still listen to this book again and recommend it to my friends who enjoy love stories.

More for someone in 20s...
Story line is for young/ mid 20s. If you are older, you might get annoyed with the dialogue.

I loved this love story.
I enjoyed this story. it was funny and heartwarming. The narrator did a great job with the multiple characters and they kept me laughing. 🤣

Relate-able and such a cute story
I didn't want this story to end. These characters were relate-able and not far fetched like one would imagine. The plot twists and personal issues made sense and I was drawn into their world both as individuals and as a couple. I would love more stories like this. They were the perk to my day.

Great book!
This was a great book by Julia London. Cristina Panfilio did a superb job at narrating. There were so many times that I caught myself laughing out loud. I am definitely looking for more books by Ms. London.

I completely enjoyed this book
I loved this book I listen to it at work and some parts would literally make me laugh and smile and giggle in my seat and all my coworkers would look at me funny but it was well worth all the crazy looks
