SPOILER ALERT!!!
I knew that wulfgar (the barbarian) could not have died and it took 2 books to bring him back... I think that was a big mistake. As I progressed I kind of lost interest in the story. Plus with development between drizzt and catti-bri it turned story into somewhat of a drama and friendship into an awkward one... This is probably going to be my last one

Solid Finish - Just do it
I tried to read this book a few years ago after powering through the whole series to this point but failed. The change of pace in the beginning took me out of it and I stopped reading it before it picked up.
After revisiting the other books in the series I finally got around to finishing this one and it was absolutely worth coming back to. It was a satisfying read and finished in an epic fashion. Awesome wrap up to the series.
Worth finishing!
