    Excellent

    These are the best books about the ketogenic diet. They show you all the perks and the downsides at the same time. There were 2 chapters that were specifically for women, but those were some of the longest chapters too, so I liked it.

    Very specific

    There are so many things I learned from this. The brain effects, the side effects, the tips on what to do with the menopause, etc.

    Nice!

    This book was great, because it highlights how a woman's body is so different from a man's body. I think it must be a lot easier for some men to stick to a ketogenic diet, not to sound sexist or anything, but that's just the way it is.
