Excellent insights, time for this teaching to be centre stage again.

This is a wonderful collection of six sermons, and his voice is a little distant from the microphone. However well worth the listen for clarity, depth, warmth and wisdom on why Jesus matters.

Excellent theology and narratiin

What made the experience of listening to John Stott on the Bible and the Christian Life the most enjoyable?

I love listening to John Stott.

What did you like best about this story?

His concepts are well supported and detailed.

What does John Stott bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He is an excellent author/speaker, other narrators read his other books and are, frankly, a bit of a disappointment.

John Stott once again hits a home run with this work. These lectures are for the serious student of the scriptures.
