 Kamakura in Kanagawa Prefecture is a popular tourist destination where you can feel the charm of the ancient city while being close to the center of Tokyo. 神奈川県の鎌倉は、都心から近いながらも、古都の趣を感じられる人気の観光地です。

鎌倉には「鎌倉の大仏」で有名な高徳院や長谷寺、鶴岡八幡宮など、由緒ある寺社が多く点在します。
一帯の沿岸地域は湘南と呼ばれ、江ノ電が走る海岸沿いは、日本有数のマリンスポーツのメッカでもあります。
