Le plus pertinent
l'auteur semble relativement négatif durant la lecture, son ton n'est pas particulièrement motivant. S'il reconnaît l'influence de Tony Robbins dans les remerciements finaux, c'est un peu dommage de constater que contrairement à ce dernier, la plupart de ses conseils sont des exemples et non des principes. J'y vois également une bonne partie qui semble provenir de Jordan Peterson, sans toutefois en avoir la profondeur. Enfin, la liste de "do and dont" de ce qu'est un homme me semble assez caricaturale (un homme exprime sa sensibilité, mais un homme ne porte pas de jeans skinny....). En résumé lisez (ou écoutez) les 2 auteurs susmentionnés, très accessibles, plutôt que cette reformulation.
