did not find interesting
I bought this book hoping for tips and hacks on social communication. I ended up fast forwarding through most of this book until I eventually gave up. It is a general and monotonous repetition of different personality types, could easily have found information online in a few minutes.

Good starting point to understand people
This gives a good information about personality type, verbal and non verbal ques from you and people and how to apply them in real life.
If it wasn't for the voice performance, I would have given it 5 stars

Poorly written/ not that useful
Very poorly written in the sense that it looks like it was written as a high school essay.
It did have some useful information, but most of it was so vague or fluffed that the majority of the material is worthless.

Great practical tips
Easy to understand and digest the key concepts proposed by the author. I particularly enjoyed the brief chapter segments as they made it easy to take breaks and not be totally loss in place.

up to chapter 5
I'm up to chapter 5 and this book has listed and described many personality types like from the Myers Briggs and others. It's just been full of old information so far.

personality traits
I'll be honest this is the 1st book on audible I ended up skipped a lot of chapters, & just couldn't finish.
Definitely more about personality traits, rather than what the title says.
Also, it seems the author directed this book towards more men, rather than women. Why? who knows, but at the beginning he stated everything towards men. This wasn't the deal breaker for me, but it was rather off-putting...

A Lot of Info with No Solid Advice
There as a lot of information, theories, classifications of personalities and behaviors. But no real strategy or approach to using it to “read people” at all.

Audio book and the real book are NOT the same
If you are going to do an audio book it should be the book that was written, and that was not the case with this author. I wont buy another from this author for this very reason.

insightful but......
It brings a lot of details on the different type of personalities and what they can be best at.. This is great, but it gets into a lot of acronyms that dont matter to all the people who simply just want to know how to read people.. This book can be great for academic fellows or training but not for real life application.
