Review
It was okay but I was hoping for more information about perpetual liars. It was good information for general situations. It also interesting to know how often the average person lies.

Amazing. Many real world examples and scenarios.
Excellent book! I have had similar books which didn’t give examples of what they meant when they explained something. I learn much better when provided with an example or a scenario showing the rule put to action. That’s what I loved about this book. It shows you how to use what’s taught with real world examples. The chapters and structure of the book is also set up perfectly, making learning easy and very natural. This is the book you need if you want to learn how to spot a liar.

Great strategies minus the self-help lecture at the end
This is a great book and the strategies can be used and applied immediately. However, the author assumes that most people picked up this book to find out if their partner is cheating and goes on a “you are amazing” lecture at the end. The book could have been just fine without assuming who the audience is. I’d still recommend it to those trying to learn how liars lie.

Good knowledge of when someone is lying
The book provides good insight into the reasons and the observations needed to detect when somebody may be lying to you. As somewhat of an introvert myself I can see people possibly believing that I might be lying to them because I failed to make eye contact frequently. Provided good insight for me as to how to deal with people when I want to convince them of something I need them to understand and believe. I enjoyed the book.

Informative book
The author has some amazing insight here. Excellent material. I loved the section on the tone of voice meaning. Although I realize that men often talk deeper when they are attracted to a woman, and such but I didn't realize how that can indicate a liar.

Awesome book
I have always found this subject very interesting. I took longer to read this than normal because there is so much information I wanted to remember and highlight. This Author goes beyond typical body lies that are detectable but his research is evident under subtitles like facts about lying. I enjoyed this section. For example, one fact I thought was extremely interesting is most liars only believe that one in seven lies will be discovered.
