    Summarisers everything from podcasts and blogs

    If you want a summary of information about the keto diet and how to implement it then this is a good book

    Nothing new is said or covered in my opinion if you follow podcasts and blogs on this topic

    But I still enjoyed it

    revolutionary

    I wish I would have learned this stuff 30 years ago. #mislead. #liedto. This should be what's taught in early school nutrition classes.

    Listen to preview

    Book has great content but be sure to listen to the preview first. It may just be me but I had a hard time finishing the book because of if the narrator

    Good material

    While this book contains good information, it is just a repeat of what many other books on the subject covers. I do not think it is as well presented as books written by David Perlmutter and Maria Emmerich for examples.

    Every school should teach all that is in this book

    Narrator was perfect to listen to. Why did I have to wait until I was 70 to hear how I could have prevented all this medicine and bypass operation?

    A waste of time.

    Very thin on science and very heavy on anecdotes and "you should trust me" argument. The whole approach so complicated, you need to quit your job to do it. He mentioned 2 books by Jason Fung in this title, i've finished them both and suggest you to read them instead of this mess.

    Nothing new..

    If you are already familiar with the benefits of a keto diet, this book doesn't have much to offer. Nothing new. I valued all the principles outlined in the book, and I'm a strong believer in a high-fat, low-carb lifestyle - but I had hoped this book would have new insights or science advancements to share.

    This is Missing the .pdf file!

    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    This has wonderful information but with the .pdf file missing it makes for far to much note taking.

    I like the science behind the book.

    Interesting and informative. I took a lot of notes since I couldn’t find the PDFs. Then I called audible and they gave me instructions on how to find them. I may have to re-read with the PDFs.
