Disappointing in terms of story, with a predictable ending. The run around the catacombes was painful. I get the author wanted us confused but it did nothing the way it was written. Using French words is great when they are not mispronounced to the verge of being nearly unrecognisable. Not the best book of Peter May, not sure I’ll read another Enzo story
