Knew Ben from social media, where I was drawn by his genuine no bullshit & direct approach. The same approach and tone is found in the book which lays out the tools, explains the research in accessible terms, and offers the reader options and a repeated invitation to evaluate what can make sense for us. No right and wrong, no black and white. Instead, curious, kindness and care for oneself.
I’d recommend this book to anyone remotely interested in weight management as it empowers the reader to find ways (plural!) and to be navigate the complex enterprise of finding peace with one’s body: sensations, appearances, health, etc…
