Helga became bitter and even obsessed with Edgar’s Wish Factory. She descended upon the small town of Wishington, leaving behind nightmares for the children on the eve of Halloween.
As Edgar struggles to stop Helga, he begins to uncover the truth about his sister and her evil plans.
