Disappointing
It starts out like a standard popular treatment of Positive Psychology, but I ditched it when he admitted his devotion to the Course in Miracles. If that doesn't bother you, give it a try. For me, it was a deal-breaker.

The Best Book Ever.
I have struggled for quite some time, thinking I was never good enough. I got an education, (PhD), I started a couple of business, I volunteered for every organization that could use my skills, and I joined every club that looked like service to others, of little to no avail.. Just when I was about to give up "The Pursuit of Happiness" because I thought there was really no such thing as "Real Happiness." and along came the book, "Be HAPPY". And it changed my life, my thoughts, and my whole make-up. It taught me that I was looking for happiness in All the wrong places. Happiness started with me, because "I AM HAPPINESS", it has been inside of me all along. Thank You Very Much ROBERT, "you Rock"

this book is such a blessing
read 3 chapters our this book 5 years ago during a deep depression and it helped matte to come out of it. fast forward to present day and reading it helped me reaffirm the things i learned and strengthened my conciousness of learning to just BE HAPPY. great book.

I loved this book because it is fun, meaningful, well written. It's advice is practical and do-able.

Loved it! As it inspired me to look inward and evaluate my thpughts. In doing so it assisted me in shifting negative thought patterns.
