This is another season and it's about time I have gotten around to rewrite this opening for my show.

can't say for certainty this will be anything worth mentioning but.

I just want to explain a little bit about what I do here on this little podcast and crazy person with a splash of curiosity and a hint of OCD and a gigantic splash of ADHD.

and hopefully I won't have to rewrite this, I'm just an idiot who talks in his phone and maybe I'll give you something to digest, here's a little bit of a clue... I will say wit 1 million percent certainty.

I talk about the world views, what are you going to do, and things that include mental health and will being because honestly it's really about helping anyone out there going through a bad day in this weird world we all live in.
