Get to know me, my journey and how I got to where I am today. I candidly discuss the history of my struggles, family experiences, relationships, childhood, divorce, bullying, self-worth issues, and spiritual journey. We don’t get into all of it as I’m sure we will over time, but I share the highlights and how I ended up following Jesus!

We end with a discussion on the importance of us being active in building understanding and community, with the goal of making this world a better place.

Welcome!

In this pilot episode, I introduce myself and share my vision for the podcast. This podcast is operated under an alias, Rachel. I drew inspiration from the biblical story of Rachel, and I share why her story felt like a perfect fit for me. Her perseverance, faith, and the desire to follow the life God intended for her and her descendants truly inspire me. Like her and everyone else, I have many flaws and I intend on being 100% honest about who I am, where I’ve been, and where God is leading me today. I am deeply committed to breaking the harmful experiences that people have with traditional Christians that people see today. If we don’t look like Jesus, I don’t want it!

My goal with this podcast is to build a space where people feel safe and welcomed, regardless of their beliefs, and foster a supportive community that contributes to creating Heaven on Earth. Whether you are a believer or not, I am committed to uplifting others and fostering a sense of hope and connection in community with you! I truly believe we can do big things here.
