    Best book ever! And I was not paid to read it sure is this review!

    I am 64 years old was diagnosed with panic attack disorder some 20 years ago. I have read many books done a lot of therapy, but this is the best book I have ever read/heard.

    The guy is real and even though he is not a professional he has the best advice I’ve ever heard. Buy this book you won’t regret it you’ll only be glad you did!
