    Amazing listen!

    This book is breathtaking! The recipes are terrific. You will follow this program and be fully happy while you lose weight. Many of my problems have already been resolved. You are not going to miss one bit of the inflammatory triggers. Recommend high.

    Wonderful audible

    If you are trying to control inflammation this book is a must have. In a month that followed the recipes we saw significant results.

    Highly Recommended!

    I am new to the anti inflammatory way of eating and this audiobook has made it simple and easy to follow .Highly recommended for those who are new to this concepts!

    Provides lots of information

    Great cookbook with lots of information before you even get to the recipes!!! I love this book for the information as well as the large variety of food options- I felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! I would definitely recommend this to all others with similar medical issues or even to just give this a try and see if it helped! And these recipes are delicious, by the way!

    Clearly illustrated

    Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps.

    Well structured audible

    This book is a very good find. It is laid out well and the recipes are not only easy, they are recipes with items you would normally have and they taste very good. I keep this on my counter at all times.
