Decent content, few gems, but tough to listen.

Worth it for a couple gems. But it borders on unlistenable; you are constantly reminded that he is reading...and not well. Countless awkward pauses and lack of spirit in conveying the story.

Great advice, difficult reader

Do yourself a favor and read the hard copy. The book is great (although I could have done without the contrived romance subplot): it's sales advice provided in narrative form. The reader of the audiobook speaks in very short spurts (in terms of volume and speed). The first word of the phrase is punched--almost yelled--yet two words later, he's mumbling so quietly I can barely make out what he was saying. Very difficult to follow.

The book has me shook

You are embarking on a journey of getting better, is that true? Hopefully everyone of you will get moved by this book as well. Now there's decisions to make, do you continue to do what you've been doing or do you change up your approach and give the lessons in this book a chance? It's an entirely different way to succeed at business, but the principles outlined make more than enough sense to work.

Best Book I have read this year.

I loved this book, it was full of enthusiasm and energy. The narrator was great and concepts were well thought out and can be followed.

Cute, Corny, and packed with Value

Buy this book to learn and hear the concepts in action. The narrative was cute enough to keep me listening, simple enough for me to dig out a few strategies, and only corny enough to make me roll my eyes every now and then. I've listened to it three times and then bought the paperback.

Great, useful information in a story format that's easy to digest

I wasn't expecting this book to be so good. I heard about it after listening to "The Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents" (I think it's called)

A must read for all in real estate!

Life changing!

Loved this book. Though, it did take me a little to get used to the author's reading style (performance). So many helpful tips on how to better yourself and your career.

Faceing your feelers and sales

The book was fantastic in dealing with the fears that come with sales. Getting organized and learning the why behind doing what you need to do to be a successful sales person of your product or service.
