Trilby Grundy

Trilby Grundy is a writer, rule-bender, and reformed people-pleaser who specializes in self-help with a side of sarcasm and laughter. Now in her mid-thirties and firmly done apologizing for taking up space, she writes for anyone who's tired of shrinking themselves, second-guessing their gut, or waiting for someone else to hand them a permission slip.

Whether she’s giving a presentation at work or speaking at a local women’s group (with coffee in one hand and a healthy skepticism for cookie-cutter advice in the other), Trilby brings a voice that’s equal parts wise, rebellious, and laugh-out-loud funny. She believes in optimism — just with boundaries.

When she’s not writing books or helping readers reclaim their sanity one boundary at a time, she’s probably researching flights to Greece, daydreaming about Caribbean sunsets, or plotting her escape to Bora Bora — which currently tops her bucket list. Her work helps readers stop performing, start reclaiming, and finally trust the sound of their own damn voice.
