Nancy Davis Peele

Nancy Davis Peele was born in Locust Valley, New York. Her dad was a professional artist, and her mom was a secretary in the public school system. She loved to write from the time she was very young. She studied art for two years at West Virginia Wesleyan College, then she transferred to East Carolina University in North Carolina to study Special Education. During that time, she gave her life to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Later on, she received her Masters degree in Special Education. She has three daughters, two sons-in-law, and three granddaughters. She taught in public school in North Carolina, and she taught in private and public schools in California. When she retired from teaching, she taught herself how to independently publish. She loves writing for children and telling them about God and His love for them. She is married to her husband, Gregory, and they live on a farm in Eastern North Carolina where he and his brother raise show pigs. Besides writing, Nancy enjoys doing artwork, photography, gardening, activities at church and in her community, visiting family, and traveling.
