In June of 1968, Irene Izak, a young French teacher from Scranton, Pennsylvania, was pulling an all-nighter on the road toward the promise of a new life in Quebec. Religion was created to provide organization and unity, with each different religion and/or denomination having their preferred way of doing things. Beliefs and opinions varied, sometimes drastically. Most major religions worshipped different gods, while some shared the belief in the same god. There have been many names for these gods with the mythology to accompany it. With so many choices, how does one know for sure who God is?

After many weeks of painful recovery, actually during my recovery, I started to experience physical changes. At first it was my personal thermostat that seemed different, as the heat and humidity bothered me more than usual, but my tolerance to cold also seemed higher than usual. My tolerance to pain became apparent later, not that I didn't feel pain, but I could withstand more pain than what was normal for me.

I actually wrote this my first book book over ten years ago but never got around to publishing it. This little book is an easy listen and could even be used as a daily devotional. Realizing that not all people believe in God or the Bible, I tried to focus on the value of the Bible as "Instructions for life" without putting up walls between those who are believers and those who are not.
