    “SIX! SEVENNNN!” 🗣️🙌

WE FINALLY MADE IT TO EPISODE 67! And you know what that means… EVERYBODY GO 6-7! 🤣

This week on Zelocast – Glow with the Flow, we're diving headfirst into the world of viral memes, Gen Z brainrot and good old 90s nostalgia!

And who's better to educate two confused adults than Chantiq herself?! 😂

From Aura, Delulu, Sus to Cooked, Chantiq puts Alex and Zyana's internet slang knowledge to the test. Let's just say… someone might need a software update! 💀

But wait… before TikTok, Roblox and smartphones, how did we 90s kids even survive?!

We're throwing it back to stone playgrounds, old-school cartoons, landline phones and those unforgettable childhood moments that today's kids might NEVER understand! 📞🤣

Can Alex and Zyana survive Chantiq's brainrot challenge? Or are they officially too OLD for this generation?! 👀

And trust us… the nonsense doesn't stop here!

🔥 This is only PART 1! More laughs, more chaos and more 6-7 madness are coming your way in Part 2!

  • Episode 66 : Sing The Word Challenge Gone WRONG! (feat. Kak Fadiah)
    Oct 12 2026

“Sing a song with the word LOVE!”

    Easy right? WRONG! 😂

This week on Zelocast – Glow with the Flow, we're taking a break from serious conversations and turning our studio into a battlefield of questionable singing! 🎶🤣

Our good friend Kak Fadiah is back, and we're challenging everyone to SING THE WORD!

English or Malay, doesn't matter! Just sing a song containing the given word before your brain decides to take a holiday. 😂

Sounds simple? Wait till you hear what happens when the pressure kicks in!

Expect forgotten lyrics, random nursery rhymes, ridiculous excuses and some seriously unexpected performances.

And with our Championship Belt up for grabs, things get a little TOO competitive! 🏆👀

Who will be crowned the ultimate studio jukebox? And who will completely embarrass themselves? 🤣

  • Episode 65 : Stop Treating PWDs Like They're Invisible!
    Oct 5 2026

🔥 “She’s sitting RIGHT THERE… so why are you asking someone else, ‘Can she eat this?’” 🤦‍♀️😂

This week on Zelocast – Glow with the Flow, our good friend Kak Fadiah joins us in the studio—and somehow gets caught in the middle of our usual nonsense. 😂

But today’s listener emails bring up something many PWDs can relate to.

One listener wants more independence, but parents aren’t quite ready to let go.

Another asks a much simpler question:

Why do people talk ABOUT us… when they can just talk TO us?

From awkward encounters with strangers to some seriously funny misunderstandings, we chat about independence, overprotective families and what happens when people assume a disability means someone can’t speak, hear or make their own decisions.

Sometimes helping doesn’t need to be complicated.

Just ask. Just talk to us. We’re right here! 😂

And trust us… Kak Fadiah, Alex & Zyana have a few stories of their own. 👀

  • Episode 63 : Bila Orang Tak Nak Tolong, Tapi Pandai Mengata... (Part 2)
    Sep 21 2026

“Bila orang dah judge kita dulu sebelum tengok apa kita sebenarnya boleh buat… macam mana?” 😤

We’re back with Moon (Muliana bin Sairi) for Part 2 of his incredible story on Zelocast – Glow with the Flow!

After hearing how Moon ran away from home while totally blind, slept along factory corridors and eventually built a 30-year career in massage, this time we talk about something just as challenging…

    People’s judgement.

Instead of allowing gossip and assumptions to control his life, Moon kept moving forward—learning Braille, reciting the Quran and eventually fulfilling his dream of performing Umrah. 🕋💛

Alex and Zyana also open up about the doubts people had when they decided to marry as a blind couple—and how Moon’s own independence became an inspiration to Alex.

    But don’t worry… this isn’t 100% serious. 😂

We also discover that young Moon apparently had quite the temper 👀, hear why the SAVH lobby sofas mysteriously disappeared, revisit a meal mix-up where chicken somehow became fish, and hear about Moon trying to air-fry what he thought was prata… only to discover it was fried rice! 🤦‍♂️😂

From sleeping outside factories to becoming the mahaguru urut Alex looks up to, Moon’s journey reminds us:

People can talk. People can judge. But they don’t get to decide what you’re capable of.

🎧 Tune in for the conclusion of Moon’s story—full of honesty, old-school friendship chaos and plenty of laughs!

  • Episode 63 : Totally Blind… Tapi Lari Dari Rumah?! (Part 1)
    Sep 14 2026

“Boleh bayangkan tak… dah lah totally blind, tapi member berani lari dari rumah dan tidur kat koridor kilang?!” 😱

This week on Zelocast – Glow with the Flow, we sit down with Alex’s close friend and mahaguru urut, Moon (Muliana bin Sairi)—and trust us, his life story sounds like something straight out of a movie.

After losing his sight following two separate accidents during his school years, Moon had to learn independence from young—ironing clothes, doing chores, serving meals and figuring out life without sight.

But then things got REALLY tough.

Following problems at home, Moon did something most of us wouldn’t even dare imagine…

He ran away from home. Completely blind.

No comfortable bed. No Google Maps. No Grab. Moon survived by sleeping along factory corridors and selling tissues door-to-door just to get by.

Then came a 5-day crash course in massage that unexpectedly changed everything. 💆‍♂️

That five-day opportunity eventually became a career spanning 30 years—and yes, this is the same man who later became Alex’s massage mentor! 😂

From losing his sight to literally finding his own way through the streets, Moon’s story is about surviving, adapting, learning and refusing to give up.

But hold on… we’re NOT done yet. 👀

This is only PART 1 of Moon’s incredible story!

🎙️ Episode 63 – Part 2 drops NEXT MONDAY, and there’s still plenty more Moon hasn’t told us yet.

So don’t disappear on us! 😂 Follow, subscribe and tune in next Monday as we continue the story of the mahaguru urut himself.

Trust us… you’ll want to hear how this story continues. 👀🔥

  • Episode 62 - Let's Support Our Friends!
    Sep 7 2026

Rise and shine! ☀️ Episode 62 of Zelocast – Glow with the Flow starts on the move as we make our way to the Singapore Botanic Gardens for a morning of music with our talented friends from The Purple Symphony! 💜🎶

And somehow… Alex has NEVER been inside the Botanic Gardens despite passing the MRT station for years. 😂 Meanwhile, Zyana’s last visit was way back during a secondary school excursion!

So naturally, the journey there turns into random conversations about otters, monitor lizards, ducks, and whether we might accidentally turn this into a wildlife episode. 🦦😂

Once we reach the Green Pavilion, it’s time to sit back and enjoy the music—from beautiful brass and French horn arrangements to an Aladdin medley, plus performances by Sakinah on piano, Lawrence on flute, Nurul on percussions and Anisah on vocals. 🎹🎶

And stick around for our little post-show chat with Anisah, who admits she forgot some lyrics…

    Honestly? We couldn’t tell! 😂👏

  • Episode 61 : We Bought a New Toy! Plus Our CRAZY Phu Quoc Trip.
    Aug 31 2026

Welcome back to Episode 61 of Zelocast – Glow with the Flow!

Alex is starting this episode VERY happy because apparently the football universe has decided to be nice to him—Spain, JDT and Arsenal are all champions! 🏆⚽ Okay Alex… enough already. 😂

But forget football for a moment because we’ve just returned from our first family adventure to Phu Quoc, Vietnam—and there were 15 of us! 🇻🇳✈️

Beautiful scenery, laidback vibes, great food… and because it’s our family, plenty of chaos.

🎢 We Got Tricked Into WHAT?!
At VinWonders, Alex’s brother somehow convinced us to ride a 360-degree inverted roller coaster. Three minutes of being flipped upside down later, Zyana was surprisingly still okay… while the guys were traumatised enough to spend the rest of the day searching for kitty rides. 😂

🐘 Thanks for the “Souvenir”, Mr Elephant
Alex finally got the chance to feed an elephant some bananas at the safari. Very cute… until the elephant turned around, dropped a coconut-sized 💩 in front of everyone and started spraying water everywhere.

    Nature is beautiful. 😂

    🍣 The Great Wasabi Disaster
This one definitely wasn’t funny at the time.

Alex casually popped a piece of sushi into his mouth without realising there was a MASSIVE chunk of wasabi hiding inside. Seconds later, he was choking, struggling to breathe and nearly blacking out while the whole family went into panic mode.

Lesson learnt: Never trust innocent-looking sushi. 😭🌶️

🎆 Fireworks With A Little TOO Much Front-Row Access
Our resort fireworks were absolutely gorgeous… but they were so close to our balcony that we could actually smell the smoke! One explosion even sent Alex’s sister-in-law stumbling backwards.

Best view in the house? Definitely.

Safe distance? Errr… next question. 😂

And then we came home to Singapore and welcomed a brand-new “staff member” into the family…

🤖 Meet our PRISM+ AI Nanobot Robot Vacuum!

We bought it during the National Day sale to replace our six-year-old robot vacuum, which had developed a special talent for disappearing under the sofa and waiting for us to rescue it. 🤦‍♂️

The new one comes with AI obstacle detection, a HUGE docking station and hopefully enough intelligence to clean the house without us having to conduct a search-and-rescue operation.

Even the unboxing became entertainment when Alex somehow managed to get his finger “bitten” by the wheel. 😂

    And before anybody asks…

Nope, this episode is NOT sponsored by PRISM+.

    We bought it ourselves.
    With our own money. 💸😂

    Which technically means…

    PRISM+, you’re getting free advertising in Episode 61. 👀

So PRISM+ marketing team, kalau korang tengah baca ni…

    Robot vacuum dah ada. 🤖
    Microphones dah ready. 🎙️
    Studio floor pun boleh test.

Tinggal sponsor je belum ada. 🤭😂

    Episode 62, maybe? 👀
