  • Letting Them Live: Caregiver Guilt, Control, and the Duality of It All
    Jul 20 2026

Recorded from her kitchen window on a wildfire smoke-warning morning, Emma talks through the moment she's sitting in and what follows is an unscripted reflection on what it actually means to caregive.

Not the version people imagine, but the every-minute, every-thought, all consuming version that only makes sense once you're inside it.

Emma names the guilt so many caregivers carry (support you didn't feel you deserved, a babysitter you still feel bad about, a workout class you almost skipped), and the quiet understanding and acceptance of knowing your body will eventually force the rest you won't give yourself.

There is no easy fix in this episode, but there is companionship, understanding, and reminder you have community even if it feels small. Emma goes on to share her SOS box breathing tool that works in the cracks of a day that has no spare time in it. Because even though it may feel there is no time for you, Emma is here to remind you that every second counts; especially the ones that help you regulate to carry on, because there is no other choice.

  • The Two-Minute Pause (For When You Can't Get Away)
    Jun 19 2026

You don't get to leave the room. You don't get a spa day, a closed door, or even a full glass of water in peace. So this isn't that.

This is a two-minute mini-meditation with affirmations built in.
For the moments you're still standing in the chaos and just need somewhere to go inside your own head. No candles required. No "find a quiet space." Just two minutes, wherever you are, breathing and saying the thing you need to hear in this moment.

Press play when you're touched out, talked out, or just one more ask away from losing it. Press pause when it's over and go back to your day with a little more grounding than you were before.

🎧 This is your next listen if you need a reset you can do standing up, sitting in your car, or hiding in the bathroom for two minutes extra.

  • 3 Things I Do When My Brain Won't Stop
    May 5 2026

We’re diving straight in with an honest conversation about the thing that quietly exhausts all of us, but we can't seem to stop doing it: overthinking.

In this episode, Emma gets real about what chronic overthinking actually costs us, why the logic of “just be present” doesn’t always land in your body even when your brain gets it, and how she’s learned to build a toolbox instead of relying on willpower alone.

She shares her top 3 go-to strategies for signalling to your nervous system that it’s okay to just be, even in the chaos, even in the double shift, even in the store with decision fatigue slowly taking over.

If you’ve ever known something was true and still couldn’t feel it — this one’s for you.

  • What the In-Between Actually Feels Like`
    Mar 23 2026

This one’s about the in-between — when you’ve put in the effort, you’ve tried to do things “right,” and somehow it still feels like everything’s a bit of a mess.

I share what this season has felt like for me in motherhood and career, and what happens when you hit that wall and don’t really know what comes next.

This episode is really to say, if you’re in that space too, you’re not the only one, and we will navigate this together.

  • What Does Releasing Control Really Do When It Feels So Hard?
    Nov 8 2025

Join me today for a quick touch base point before my son's procedure. When I was recording this it had me reflecting on the awareness I have that sense of control gives me comfort, but that the comfort is short lived when the long term outcome is actually improved by me releasing control.

When was the last time you had to release control knowing the outcome would be better because of it?
