The return of the Vulnerable podcast! Chris was on a medical hiatus but now he and Russ are back with a new episode, and this one centers around the subject of self care. This episode as they all do come with a trigger warning that there are some sensitive topics discussed and tonight includes suicidal ideation, self harm and drug abuse.

Tonight Chris and Russ discuss the topic of loneliness. Initially the subject of success was going to be brought up however Russ decided that due to present life circumstances that loneliness would be a better topic.

This episode we explore the topic of self doubt. Hammer and I take a deep dive into where our self doubt comes from, how it impacts us and those around us. We also talk to our communities about the self doubt we experience.

This is our first episode where we present to our communities on Twitch.tv and Facebook gaming our idea and where we want this show to go. We constantly challenge ourselves and each other to have these difficult conversations and we turn to our gaming communities to challenge themselves to have the same.
