    Today begins Season 2! Because I said so.


    A logical choice is based on a network of rules and meant to create a desired outcome, but these rules of logical don't at all apply to feeling. When we expect our feelings to "makes sense" we often misinterpret the signals they give us and end up accomplishing exactly the opposite of what we were going for. It can mean a life of feeling like the world and connections with others are unsafe or don't make sense. You can definitely teach your logical brain to understand these rules!
