It was very interesting to explore the similarities and the deeper root beneath both: the mind’s urge to escape the Now.

Addiction isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it’s substances. Sometimes it’s control. Sometimes it’s distraction. But at its core, it’s the same wound - the same reaching.

I truly believe everyone will see themselves in some part of it.

Real healing is done alone. It's done internally. It's ugly. Could have talked for years with Edwige. This conversations a special one that every one of us can resonate with to some degree. What we all share in common, is we all have a body. And when we tune into what our bodies are trying to tell us, we can work with it, rather than against it, to truly heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I loved this conversation because I resonate so much with her journey and feel so blessed to connect with her and share our stories. Thats truly why i do this.. cos sharing our truth is what allows others to not feel so alone, to inspire, and spark action within us that brings healing, growth and transformation into our lives.
