  • 147. Are You Ready to Become a Fully Recovered People Pleaser?!
    Oct 13 2026

People pleasing is not just being nice. It is what happens when you keep abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.

In this episode of Next Level You, Stefanie shares her personal journey from people pleaser to fully comfortable saying no, holding boundaries, and honoring her own wants and needs without guilt. She explains why people pleasing can keep you living for everyone else instead of yourself, and why disappointing people is sometimes necessary when you are choosing growth, alignment, and self-respect.

Stefanie breaks down how this pattern often shows up for high achievers, especially when lack of self-confidence, fear of conflict, abandonment wounds, or conditional love are at the root. She also shares how hypnotherapy, journaling, meditation, personal development, and intentional consumption helped her build the confidence to stop shrinking herself and start flexing the “no” muscle.

This episode is a permission slip to stop calling yourself a recovering people pleaser and start choosing a new identity: someone who can honor their boundaries, survive disappointment, and live their life for themselves.

    In this episode, Stefanie covers:

    • Why people pleasing can be detrimental to your growth and relationships
    • The difference between people pleasing from a trauma wound versus conflict avoidance
    • Why disappointing people is a skill you can build over time
    • How self-confidence and boundaries are deeply connected
    • The inner narrative to watch for when you say no
    • Why high achievers and entrepreneurs need to practice this skill
    • How hypnotherapy can help rewire the deeper root of people pleasing

Stefanie also shares about the hard launch of her local Dubuque Sister Circle chapter, a community for female entrepreneurs in the Eastern Iowa area who are craving connection, sisterhood, growth, and support while building their businesses.

  • 146: You Don't Need to Become Her, You Need to Unbecome Everything That Isn't Her
    Oct 7 2026

In this solo episode, Stefanie pulls back the curtain on a brand new container she is launching: The Unbecoming Circle - and shares exactly why she created it, who it is for, and what makes it unlike anything else available for women in the healing and service-based business space.

Stefanie opens up about why the journey to her next level was never really about becoming something new. It was about unbecoming the versions of herself she picked up along the way, the ones built on survival, on people pleasing, on narratives that were never truly hers to carry. And she believes that is true for most high-achieving women too.

In this episode you will hear:

    • Why Stefanie created the Unbecoming Circle and what inspired the name
    • Who this container is specifically designed for: licensed healthcare workers, service professionals, healers, and practitioners building soul-aligned businesses
    • Why hypnotherapy and coaching have to happen in the same room at the same time for real transformation to take hold
    • How the nervous system, not mindset alone, is often the real block keeping women stuck in loops of self-doubt, undercharging, and overthinking
    • A full month-by-month breakdown of what the six-month journey looks like: from excavation to dissolution to embodiment to becoming
    • Everything included in the container and the founding member investment details
    • How to get on the waitlist before the price increases on October 16th

If you are done managing your fears and self-doubt and you are ready to dissolve them at the root, this episode is your sign. The Unbecoming Circle launches November 1st and founding member pricing ends October 16th.

  • 145. You Don't Have to Be the Loudest Voice in the Room to Be Heard
    Oct 6 2026

Sometimes growth does not just change your business. It changes your circle, your voice, and the way you let yourself be seen.

In this episode of Next Level You, Stefanie sits down with Christi Pratte, founder of Ghost Girl Writing, for an honest conversation about entrepreneurship, identity shifts, aligned friendships, and what happens when your personal growth starts changing the relationships around you. Stefanie and Christi share how they connected organically through Instagram, bonded over similar growth seasons, and quickly recognized the power of finding people who truly understand the season you are in.

Together, they talk about the grief and beauty of relationships shifting, why growth can mirror insecurity in others, and how to know when you are being called into more aligned rooms and connections. Christi also shares how writing became her voice, why you do not have to be the loudest person in the room to make an impact, and how powerful storytelling can open doors when you follow what feels natural and aligned.

This episode is a reminder that your evolution may change what and who fits in your life, and that is not something you need to feel guilty about.

    In this episode, you’ll hear:

    • Why entrepreneurship often shifts your relationships and support system
    • How to navigate the grief of outgrowing old dynamics
    • Why aligned female friendships can feel so magnetic and healing
    • How mirroring and triggers show up when one person is growing
    • Why your voice does not have to look like anyone else’s
    • How writing, storytelling, and authentic expression can become powerful forms of visibility
    • Why divine nudges, community, and aligned action can open unexpected doors

  • 144. Every Trigger is a Clue & A Data Point
    Sep 29 2026

Your triggers are not random. They are mirrors showing you where there is still something to understand, heal, or reclaim.

In this episode of Next Level You, Stefanie breaks down the connection between mirroring and triggers, and why certain people, comments, or situations can create a reaction that feels bigger than the moment itself. She explains how other people often reflect back our wounds, insecurities, old patterns, or the parts of ourselves we are actively trying to outgrow.

Stefanie shares personal examples of how she has learned to pause, reflect, and ask deeper questions instead of immediately reacting from anger, defensiveness, or hurt. She also makes an important distinction between a trigger that is mirroring something within you, and a trigger that is actually your intuition recognizing disrespect, a crossed boundary, or behavior that needs to be addressed.

This episode is a powerful reminder that being triggered does not mean you are failing. It is simply information, and when you learn how to use it, it can become a pathway to more self-awareness, emotional regulation, and growth.

    In this episode, Stefanie covers:

    • What it really means to be triggered
    • How mirroring shows up in everyday relationships
    • Why your body reacts before your logical mind catches up
    • How to tell the difference between an old wound and a true boundary violation
    • The questions Stefanie asks herself when she feels triggered
    • Why pausing before reacting can protect your peace and your relationships
    • How honest support systems can help you see situations more clearly

  • 143. What Happens to Your Nervous System When You Take Therapy Off the Couch
    Sep 22 2026

Walk and talk therapy takes the pressure out of healing by getting you out of the chair and back into your body.

In this episode of Next Level You, Stefanie sits down with Chellsey Barnett, a licensed mental health counselor and founder of Resilient Mind Counseling & Coaching, to talk all about walk and talk therapy and why it can be such a powerful option for anxious, high-achieving, people-pleasing perfectionists.

Chellsey explains how walking side by side in nature can help therapy feel less formal, less intimidating, and more natural, especially for clients who feel uncomfortable sitting face to face in a traditional office setting. Together, Stefanie and Chellsey also talk about the importance of finding a therapist you truly vibe with, normalizing therapy, setting boundaries, and why mental health care works best when it looks at the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

This episode is a reminder that therapy does not have to look one specific way. The right support should feel safe, aligned, and personalized to you.

    In this episode, you’ll hear:

    • What walk and talk therapy is and who it may be best for
    • Why walking side by side can help clients open up more naturally
    • How Chellsey handles privacy and confidentiality during outdoor sessions
    • Why it is okay to “shop around” for the right therapist fit
    • How anxiety can hide behind perfectionism, overthinking, and high achievement
    • Why holistic care matters, including hormones, vitamin levels, movement, and nervous system support
    • The value of therapy that feels direct, real, supportive, and human

  • 142. Your Circle is Your Ceiling
    Sep 15 2026

Your circle is not a luxury. It is one of the biggest predictors of how far you will grow.

In this episode of Next Level You, Stefanie records from Scottsdale after the Powerhouse Women Conference and shares a powerful reminder about the importance of being intentional with the rooms you put yourself in. She explains how your circle shapes your beliefs, habits, energy, mindset, vision, and even the opportunities that become available to you.

Stefanie breaks down the two types of rooms every growth-minded woman needs: rooms with like-minded people who help you feel seen, supported, and understood, and rooms with next-level expanders who show you what is possible and stretch your vision for who you are becoming. She shares examples from her own life, including Powerhouse Women, Lori and Chris Harder’s mastermind, and Sister Circle, and how each room has created personal, professional, and financial ROI.

This episode is a reminder that you are not meant to grow alone. The people around you can either keep you where you are or help you rise into the next version of yourself.

    In this episode, Stefanie covers:

    • Why your circle shapes your beliefs, habits, and ceiling
    • The difference between like-minded rooms and next-level rooms
    • Why you need both support and expansion
    • How Powerhouse Women, masterminds, and Sister Circle have impacted Stefanie’s growth
    • The personal, professional, financial, and energetic ROI of intentional community
    • Why investing in the right rooms can change your trajectory over time

    Challenge:
Look at your current circle. Are you surrounded by people at your level, above your level, or both? Ask yourself what room you need to invest in next to support the growth you want.

  • 141. If You Are Not Tired of Talking About Your Business - Then You Aren't Doing It Right
    Sep 8 2026

Marketing is not a burden. It is your opportunity to make sure the right people know how you can help them.

In this episode of Next Level You, Stefanie sits down with Sarah Taylor, owner of Sarah Taylor Marketing, for a practical and mindset-shifting conversation about marketing, visibility, entrepreneurship, and learning to show up for your business with more confidence. Sarah shares her journey from growing up in an entrepreneurial family, to owning a flower shop for nearly 20 years, to pivoting into marketing coaching after feeling the nudge that it was time for something new.

Together, Stefanie and Sarah unpack why so many small business owners make marketing harder than it needs to be, and how the stories you tell yourself about visibility can keep you stuck. Sarah breaks down marketing in a simple, grounded way: knowing your ideal customer, understanding how you help them, and clearly showing how their life changes because of your product or service.

They also talk about delegation, investing in support, building your business brain, getting comfortable being the face of your brand, and why repeated messaging matters more than you think. This episode is a reminder that marketing is a non-negotiable as a business owner, but it can also become fun, energizing, and deeply aligned.

    In this episode, you’ll hear:

    • Why marketing does not have to feel overwhelming
    • How to stop trying to speak to everyone and focus on your ideal customer
    • Why visibility brings up mindset blocks for so many entrepreneurs
    • The importance of showing your face and letting people connect with the human behind the business
    • How simple content, FAQs, behind-the-scenes videos, and process posts can become powerful marketing
    • Why investing in coaching, support, and community can move the needle faster
    • Sarah’s perspective on pivoting, leadership, legacy, and following the nudge before it becomes a “rhino”

  • 140. The Upgrade Nobody Saw Coming Home With Me
    Sep 4 2026

The transformation does not end when you leave the room. It either gets protected, or it gets pulled back into your old environment.

In this microdose episode, Stefanie reflects on coming home from her third year at the Powerhouse Women Conference and the disorientation that can happen after a life-changing event. She shares what it feels like to return to normal life as an upgraded version of yourself when the people around you did not witness the conversations, energy, or inner shifts that changed you.

Stefanie explains why it can feel lonely to come home after an expansive experience, and why the community you intentionally build afterward determines whether the momentum continues or fades. She talks about being around expanders like Natalie Ellis, Lori Harder, Lindsay Marie, and other women who model what is possible, and how those rooms give you a giant permission slip to become more visible, bold, authentic, and soul-aligned.

This episode is a reminder that your circle matters. The people you consistently surround yourself with can either pull you forward or drag you backward, so protecting your energy and your access is part of protecting the upgrade.

    In this episode, Stefanie covers:

    • What it feels like to come home after a transformational event
    • Why the “upgrade” can feel lonely when others did not witness it
    • How expanders help you step into a bolder version of yourself
    • Why your external reality may need time to catch up with your internal shift
    • How intentional community helps sustain momentum
    • Why protecting who gets access to you protects the transformation

    Challenge:
Think about an event, room, or experience that changed you. What made it hard to hold onto that upgrade afterward? Then ask yourself who in your life helps you protect that version of yourself, and who pulls you back.
