Can a gemstone really carry a curse—or can a powerful story make us believe that it does?

In this episode of The Stephanie Frequency, we uncover the fascinating history of the Hope Diamond, from its origins in India and its transformation into the French Blue to its disappearance during the French Revolution and the legends of tragedy and misfortune that followed it.

We'll separate documented history from sensationalized stories, explore the psychology behind curses and coincidence, and consider the spiritual belief that objects may hold energy from the people and experiences surrounding them.

But first, Crystal of the Week: Blue Kyanite. We'll explore this beautiful deep-blue crystal and its traditional associations with truth, intuition, clarity, and communication—and why it's the perfect crystal to accompany our search for the truth behind the Hope Diamond.

So what do you think: Is the Hope Diamond truly cursed… or do our stories give it its power?

Flights paid. Hotel booked. Bags packed. But when someone flies you out, what exactly are they expecting in return?

In this episode of The Stephanie Frequency, I’m diving into “flewed out” culture—where dating, money, travel, status, social media, and unspoken expectations collide.

What starts as an all-expenses-paid getaway can sometimes come with assumptions that were never actually agreed to. We’re talking about the power dynamics, the pressure, the safety concerns, and one question that shouldn’t even need to be asked: Does paying for someone’s trip mean they owe you something?

Plus, Tiger’s Eye is our Crystal of the Week—a stone associated with confidence, discernment, protection, and staying grounded when things aren’t quite what they seem.

Free trip…or hidden price tag? Let’s talk about it.

Trust your intuition, follow the signs, and I’ll catch you on the next frequency.
