  • October After Dark: Ouija - Who or What is Moving the Planchette?
    8 Oct 2026

    October After Dark begins now.

The lights are low. The candles are lit. And there’s a Ouija board sitting on the table.

But when everyone places their fingertips on the planchette and it begins to move… who—or what—is actually moving it?

In the first episode of The Stephanie Frequency: October After Dark, we step into the strange history of the Ouija board—from the rise of Spiritualism and the first commercial talking boards to Elijah Bond, Helen Peters, William Fuld, séances, Pearl Curran and the mysterious force known as the ideomotor effect.

We’ll also explore the stories that transformed the Ouija board from a Victorian-era curiosity into one of the most recognizable—and feared—objects in paranormal culture.

Is the planchette being moved by unconscious movements of our own hands? Is something else answering? Or does the mystery live somewhere between belief, psychology and the unexplained?

For Crystal of the Week, we're going dark with Black Onyx—a stone traditionally associated in crystal practices with grounding, protection and boundaries. Geologically, material sold as black onyx is generally black chalcedony, a variety of quartz.

Turn down the lights and come with me.

October After Dark has officially begun.

  • Part 2: Bashar - Our Honest Review (with Bryon Curtis)
    1 Oct 2026

We went to Sedona to experience Bashar in person—and now it’s time for our honest review.

In Part 2 of our Bashar series, Bryon joins me to talk about what the experience was actually like: the atmosphere, the people, what surprised us, what resonated, and what left us with questions.

Was the experience what we expected? Did seeing Bashar in person change our perspective? And after everything we saw and heard, what do we really think?

If you haven’t listened to "Part 1: Bashar Sedona Weekend Event - Who Is Bashar?" start there first for the backstory—then come back for our unfiltered conversation about experiencing it for ourselves.

Trust your intuition, follow the signs, and I’ll catch you on the next frequency.

  • Can a Crystal Be Cursed? The Mystery of the Hope Diamond
    24 Sep 2026

Can a gemstone really carry a curse—or can a powerful story make us believe that it does?

In this episode of The Stephanie Frequency, we uncover the fascinating history of the Hope Diamond, from its origins in India and its transformation into the French Blue to its disappearance during the French Revolution and the legends of tragedy and misfortune that followed it.

We'll separate documented history from sensationalized stories, explore the psychology behind curses and coincidence, and consider the spiritual belief that objects may hold energy from the people and experiences surrounding them.

But first, Crystal of the Week: Blue Kyanite. We'll explore this beautiful deep-blue crystal and its traditional associations with truth, intuition, clarity, and communication—and why it's the perfect crystal to accompany our search for the truth behind the Hope Diamond.

So what do you think: Is the Hope Diamond truly cursed… or do our stories give it its power?

  • Flewed Out Culture: Free Trip or Hidden Price Tag?
    17 Sep 2026

Flights paid. Hotel booked. Bags packed. But when someone flies you out, what exactly are they expecting in return?

In this episode of The Stephanie Frequency, I’m diving into “flewed out” culture—where dating, money, travel, status, social media, and unspoken expectations collide.

What starts as an all-expenses-paid getaway can sometimes come with assumptions that were never actually agreed to. We’re talking about the power dynamics, the pressure, the safety concerns, and one question that shouldn’t even need to be asked: Does paying for someone’s trip mean they owe you something?

Plus, Tiger’s Eye is our Crystal of the Week—a stone associated with confidence, discernment, protection, and staying grounded when things aren’t quite what they seem.

Free trip…or hidden price tag? Let’s talk about it.

Trust your intuition, follow the signs, and I’ll catch you on the next frequency.

  • Destiny Swapping: Can Someone Steal Your Life Path?
    3 Sep 2026

Can someone really steal your destiny?

In this episode of The Stephanie Frequency, we explore the mysterious belief known as destiny swapping—the idea that someone’s blessings, opportunities, relationships, success, or intended life path can somehow be diverted to another person.

We’ll look at the spiritual and cultural beliefs surrounding destiny swapping, the claims involving jealousy, dreams, personal possessions, rituals, and spiritual attacks, and the psychology that may explain why these experiences can feel so real.

We’ll also explore a much bigger question: Is destiny fixed in the first place—or are we creating our path with every choice we make?

Plus, our Crystal of the Week is Black Obsidian, traditionally associated with protection, truth, grounding, and strong boundaries.

Can someone really steal your destiny—or does believing someone else controls your path give away more power than any ritual ever could?

    Note on Destiny Swapping:

“Destiny swapping” is discussed primarily as a spiritual, religious, folkloric, and contemporary online belief rather than a scientifically established phenomenon. Claims involving the supernatural transfer of another person’s destiny, blessings, relationships, success, or opportunities have not been scientifically demonstrated.

Throughout this episode, spiritual and folkloric claims are presented as beliefs rather than established facts, while psychological concepts such as confirmation bias, pattern recognition, social comparison, and apophenia are discussed separately using psychological sources.

  • BONUS: The Nepal Floods - When Disaster Strikes a Sacred Place
    29 Aug 2026

In this special bonus episode of The Stephanie Frequency, we look at the catastrophic flooding along the Nepal–Tibet border and the spiritual significance of Mount Kailash, one of the world’s most sacred mountains.

As rescue efforts continue, we explore the ancient tradition of pilgrimage, why Mount Kailash is revered by multiple faiths, and a difficult question: What happens to our understanding of spirituality when tragedy strikes a sacred place?

This episode isn’t about finding a supernatural explanation for disaster. It’s about faith, nature, loss, human resilience—and whether sacredness means being protected from tragedy or finding meaning in how we respond to it.

This is a developing story, and information may have changed since the time of recording.

    27 Aug 2026

In this episode of The Stephanie Frequency, we explore the life and legacy of Hayden Panettiere—from growing up in the spotlight to the striking parallels between her real-life experiences and her character Juliette Barnes on Nashville.

We look at Hayden’s journey through fame, personal struggles, healing, loss, and reclaiming her identity, while asking a deeper question: Can the roles we play begin to mirror the lives we’re living? Is it coincidence, psychology, synchronicity—or something we don’t fully understand?

Plus, Crystal of the Week is Rhodonite, a stone traditionally associated with emotional healing, compassion, forgiveness, and moving through grief.
