  • "I Should Be Able to Figure This Out" (Menopause Edition)
    Jan 23 2026

“I should be able to figure this out.”

In this episode, I talk about how that belief shows up for women who are capable, functioning and getting through their days, but feeling more and more frustrated in their bodies.

I share why this expectation gets heavier in menopause, how it keeps us stuck in a cycle of pushing through and what can change when support becomes an option instead of a last resort.

This isn’t about telling you what to do or which path to take. It’s about slowing down the idea that you should already have all the answers and looking at what becomes possible when you stop carrying everything alone.

  • The Menopause Blame Game
    Jan 16 2026

If menopause has quietly become the reason for everything - weight, energy, sleep, cravings - this episode is for you.

    Not because menopause isn’t real.

But because blaming it for everything can slowly take away your ability to change anything.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • Why menopause often becomes the full stop in the conversation
    • How that happens without women realizing it
    • And what it looks like to take your power back without fighting your body or pretending hormones don’t matter

    This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about understanding what still matters now and why that changes everything.

    🎧 Listen in.

  • Is ‘Eating Clean’ Just Another Diet Wrapped in a Different Bow?
    Jan 9 2026

A lot of women believe they’re eating healthy.

    They eat clean.

    They make good choices.

And yet, in menopause, those same habits often start to feel worse instead of better.

In this episode, I talk about what “healthy” and “clean” usually look like in real life, why January tends to push those habits to extremesa nd why menopause is often the point where the cost of long-standing food rules finally shows up.

This isn’t about starting over or finding a new plan.

It’s about seeing what you’ve been doing clearly and how your body is responding now.

If you want help sorting through what’s actually supporting your body at this stage, without extremes or dieting, let's chat.

  • Beware the Crazy Out There: A Menopause Reality Check
    Dec 19 2025

I’m sharing something I saw unfold in a menopause group that crossed a line for me.

This episode is about recognizing when confident, persuasive claims around hormones go too far and why discernment matters when personal experience starts getting framed as something others should try.

  • We've Been Misled About Stress
    Dec 12 2025

Most women think stress is only the emotional kind, feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin or dealing with something big. But in menopause, stress shows up in ways that don’t feel like stress at all. Poor sleep, cravings, irritability, afternoon crashes, night wakings, joint pain, bloating, weight changes… these patterns get labeled as “just menopause,” when they’re often your stress load showing up in the body.

In this episode, I talk about why stress affects you differently in midlife, why so many symptoms get tangled together and why lowering the load matters more now than it ever has.

I’m also running The 12 Days of Stress Less Solutions on my personal FB page... simple, doable ways to lower your stress load during a time of year when most women accidentally push themselves harder than they realize. Follow along here:

  • The Problem with "Optimizing" Your Hormones
    Dec 5 2025

In this episode, I break down the idea of “hormone optimization” and why it’s not an actual scientific process. It’s a term that gets thrown around a lot online, but it sets women up to believe there’s a perfect hormone number or a perfect strategy and that’s not how menopause works

I share what optimization really means, what it doesn’t mean and how to think about supporting your body in a way that’s realistic.

  • Gratitude Isn't Pretending Hot Flashes are Wonderful
    Nov 28 2025

Today’s episode is all about gratitude, the real kind.

Not the cheesy version. Not the “just be positive” version.

The kind that actually shifts how your body feels in menopause.

We’re talking about why gratitude matters physically (hello, nervous system), why it matters emotionally and why it’s best to practice on the days you need it most. I’m also sharing a Thanksgiving story that might surprise you, because it's all about perspective.

And of course, why gratitude has nothing to do with pretending that symptoms feel good.

    Nov 21 2025

This episode is a full masterclass I originally created for my private Facebook group, and I wanted to bring it here because it’s one of the most helpful conversations you can have heading into the holidays.
