  • Organize Your Life & Change Your Story, Featuring Tracy Hoth
    Apr 14 2026

Tracy Hoth of Simply Squared Away is a professional organizer and certified life coach with 17 years of experience helping business owners bring calm and clarity to the backend of their business operations. She's also the host of the top 1% globally ranked Organized Coach Podcast.

Tracy teaches entrepreneurs how to streamline their digital assets, time, and processes as organized CEOs. She's also a mom of 4 and has been married to her husband since 1995.

It was during her hands-on parenting years that Tracy first discovered her calling to help others organize their homes and businesses, and learned that she wanted to dedicate her career to helping others create a space (physically or digitally) that they love to be in and where they can function at their highest level. She tells the story of a local mom who was so embarrassed by the state of her house that her own children could not have friends over to play. Tracy was able to help her to resolve that, benefitting the whole family!

Inspired by the difference it can make to help someone organize their personal and professional spaces, Tracy has dedicated herself since that time to helping countless others organize their lives and change their stories.

In this episode, Tracy shares lots of relatable and poignant insights while offering clear and concrete organizing tools and tips that can be used right away by all moms! (Bonus: Strategies for moms with ADHD, too!)

  • When Your Life Doesn't Go As Planned, Featuring Sara Lerner
    Mar 10 2026

What happens when the life you carefully built starts to look nothing like the one you planned? What if the career you loved, the marriage you invested in, and the future you imagined all shifted — and you had to find a way to keep going anyway?

These are not hypothetical questions for Sara Lerner. They are her life.

Sara is a single mom of two and an award-winning radio journalist whose career spans nearly two decades, including 10 years at KUOW in Seattle and reporting for national outlets such as NPR. She is the recipient of the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award in hard news, a former board member of the Society of Professional Journalists, and someone whose superpower is finding the story that needs to be told.

In this episode, Infinite Capacity Podcast host Andrea Morton sits down with Sara to dig into the wisdom and riveting stories gained from her life experience so far.

From a chaotic but loving childhood, to years of solo travel through Latin America, to building a celebrated journalism career, to navigating divorce and single motherhood, Sara speaks with the honesty and curiosity of someone who has spent a lifetime listening to other people's truths and has done the powerful inner work to honor her own.

  • How To Sit With & Outlast Hard Feelings, Featuring Dr. Jenn Rapkin
    Feb 10 2026

"Could learning to feel again be the most radical act of self-care... what if we could learn to ride the waves of our difficult and painful emotions by moving through our feelings and not around them?

What if you could live undaunted by stress or anxiety, take risks and make mistakes without fear of failure, and better tolerate the messiness, unpredictability, and adversity of life?"

These are powerful questions from Dr. Jenn Rapkin, a licensed naturopathic physician and bodyworker who specializes in integrative mental health and mind-body medicine. She is also the author of the newly released book The Feeling Muscle.

In today's episode, Infinite Capacity Podcast host Andrea Morton will explore the answers to these questions and much more with Dr. Rapkin... following her path from dancer to physician and bodyworker to Mom of two, while also learning to thrive as a 'frequent feeler' and raising kids with their own big feelings.

Dr. Rapkin shares her hard-won personal experiences, patient stories, and clinical insights, questioning the widely held assumption that feeling is a cognitive or mental process, and proposing instead that feeling is the body's job. She defines 'felt emotion' and explains how learning how to sit with hard emotions can be life-changing in the best way.

Dr. Rapkin shares the inspiration for her book, which provides simple mind-body and somatic exercises designed to be done at home, at your own pace. In an age of constant distraction, we are quick to numb or avoid our feelings. The Feeling Muscle shares a step-by-step framework for emotional fitness. It is a relatable and compassionate manual for how to choose mindfulness over mindlessness and live a life filled with deeper feeling and more connection.
