  • How To Sit With & Outlast Hard Feelings, Featuring Dr. Jenn Rapkin
    Feb 10 2026

"Could learning to feel again be the most radical act of self-care... what if we could learn to ride the waves of our difficult and painful emotions by moving through our feelings and not around them?

What if you could live undaunted by stress or anxiety, take risks and make mistakes without fear of failure, and better tolerate the messiness, unpredictability, and adversity of life?"

These are powerful questions from Dr. Jenn Rapkin, a licensed naturopathic physician and bodyworker who specializes in integrative mental health and mind-body medicine. She is also the author of the newly released book The Feeling Muscle.

In today's episode, Infinite Capacity Podcast host Andrea Morton will explore the answers to these questions and much more with Dr. Rapkin... following her path from dancer to physician and bodyworker to Mom of two, while also learning to thrive as a 'frequent feeler' and raising kids with their own big feelings.

Dr. Rapkin shares her hard-won personal experiences, patient stories, and clinical insights, questioning the widely held assumption that feeling is a cognitive or mental process, and proposing instead that feeling is the body's job. She defines 'felt emotion' and explains how learning how to sit with hard emotions can be life-changing in the best way.

Dr. Rapkin shares the inspiration for her book, which provides simple mind-body and somatic exercises designed to be done at home, at your own pace. In an age of constant distraction, we are quick to numb or avoid our feelings. The Feeling Muscle shares a step-by-step framework for emotional fitness. It is a relatable and compassionate manual for how to choose mindfulness over mindlessness and live a life filled with deeper feeling and more connection.

  • Your 'Too-Muchness' Is A Strength! Featuring Tracy Otsuka
    Jan 20 2026

Tracy Otsuka hosts the #1 ADHD podcast for women globally, giving her a unique lens to explain some important things to her audience. First: ADHD is one of the most common neurological conditions in the United States, yet up to 75% of American women and girls who have it go undiagnosed. In fact, many of the adult women who DO receive a diagnosis later in life only manage to discover their own neurodiversity when one of their own children is identified at school and goes through the diagnosis process.

Next: ADHD manifests differently in women than in men (with qualities like inattention, rumination, and rejection sensitivity), so women with ADHD are often unrecognized or misunderstood; left to navigate alone in a world that doesn’t see or honor their unique talents and abilities. According to Tracy, these women may experience self-doubt: over-prepare, over-apologize, over-perform, or even monitor their own likability. They may also experience emotions deeply and immediately, and have strong reactions to perceived criticism… replaying conversations long after they are over.

Tracy herself recognized her own ADHD traits during her son’s diagnosis process, and received her own ADHD diagnosis 8 months later. Since that time, she has devoted her career to coaching thousands of women, sharing important medical research, and creating an amazing resource for girls and women with ADHD - one of Amazon’s top 20 best non-fiction books of 2024, ADHD For Smart-Ass Women!

She also hosts a top .1% podcast worldwide, similarly called “ADHD for Smart-Ass Women,” which receives over 150K downloads per month, is streamed in over 160 countries, and globally ranks in the top .1% of podcasts.

Tracy celebrates the ‘too-muchness’ of ADHD women as a strength! In today’s podcast, she talks about the stories we tell ourselves, what it’s like to be a recovering perfectionist, and how to lean into the gifts of an unconventional brain. She also shares more about her ‘Your ADHD is A-OK!” program that helps women identify their strengths and harness their brilliance to live to their fullest potential.

  • Building Your Next Chapter, Featuring Jen Jerabek
    Nov 25 2025

Long before she became a mom of two fantastic daughters, Jen Jerabek graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Accountancy.

For over 10 years, Jen built an exciting career, working as a CPA for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), during which time she spent time between the Detroit, Boston, and New York offices.

  • Chasing Challenges & Big Goals, Featuring Nadine A. Gilbert
    Nov 4 2025

Nadine A. Gilbert has never been a woman to play it safe.

As a teenager in Montreal, she discovered women's water polo, became a goalie, and worked her way to the Canadian national women's team... where she won a bronze medal at the 2002 FINA World Cup!

However, that was just the beginning! In addition to her experiences with water polo, Nadine earned her commercial pilot's license and became a professional pilot flying CRJs for the United Nations and Congo, and corporate jets across Europe.

When health challenges clipped her wings in her 40s, Nadine pivoted to earn her executive MBA and now blends her backgrounds in aviation, tech, and public speaking to empower others - especially women and neurodiverse professionals - to chart bold, purpose-driven paths.

Nadine is also Director of Business Development for Zap Around, a smart travel companion with AI-powered recommendations!
