    Apr 21 2026

    Send me a text!

If you’ve tried cutting foods, taking supplements, and still feel bloated every day… this episode is for you.

After 100 podcast episodes, years of coaching, and going through my own gut health journey, I’m sharing the hard truths that most women don’t hear, but actually need to.

The reality is… it’s not another supplement, diet, or test that’s going to fix this.

Inside this episode, we’re talking about:

    • Why constantly looking for a “quick fix” is keeping you stuck
    • The truth about under-eating (and why it’s more common than you think)
    • How restrictive diets and intermittent fasting may be making things worse
    • Why no one can “fix” your gut health for you
    • The reason more information isn’t the solution
    • What actually creates lasting change

If you’ve been doing “everything right” and still not seeing results, this will likely hit close to home.

If it does, that’s a sign that something needs to change.

  • E99: The Truth About Candida Overgrowth: Why Diets & Antifungals Aren’t Working (And What Actually Does)
    Apr 14 2026

    Send me a text!

When it comes to candida overgrowth, most women are told the same thing:
Cut out sugar, go on a restrictive diet, and take antifungals.

If you’ve tried that and still feel bloated, exhausted, and stuck… this episode will explain why.

In this conversation, I’m joined by holistic nutritionist Marisa, who specializes in candida and gut health using a root-cause, non-restrictive approach.

Both of us have personally struggled with candida overgrowth, and in this episode, we’re breaking down what actually moves the needle, and what keeps women stuck in the cycle.

    We cover:

    • What candida actually is (and when it becomes a problem)
    • Common symptoms of candida overgrowth
    • Why the typical “kill the yeast” approach doesn’t work long-term
    • The truth about the candida diet (and why it can backfire)
    • How restriction, undereating, and food fear can make symptoms worse
    • The root causes of candida overgrowth
    • What to focus on instead if you feel like you’ve tried everything

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of restrictive diets, temporary relief, and symptoms that keep coming back, this episode will give you a completely different way to look at candida and your gut health.

  • E96: Why Your SIBO Keeps Coming Back (And What Actually Works)
    Mar 24 2026

    Send me a text!

If you’ve been diagnosed with SIBO and feel stuck in the cycle of restrictive diets and endless supplements… this episode is for you.

Many people are told the solution to SIBO is simple: follow the Low-FODMAP diet and take antimicrobials or antibiotics to “kill” the overgrowth. But if that were the full answer, SIBO wouldn’t keep coming back for so many people.

In this episode, I’m joined by Registered Dietitian Katrina Cox, who specializes in IBS, SIBO, and complex digestive issues. Katrina takes a root-cause approach to gut health and helps women move beyond temporary symptom relief to build long-term digestive resilience.

    Together we discuss:

    • What SIBO actually is (and why it’s often misunderstood)
    • Why antibiotics and antimicrobials don’t always solve the problem
    • The most common root causes behind recurring SIBO
    • The truth about the Low-FODMAP diet and why it shouldn’t be followed long-term
    • How restrictive diets can actually worsen gut health
    • Practical steps you can start today to support digestion and gut motility

If you’ve been dealing with bloating, food sensitivities, or recurring SIBO, this conversation will help you understand what’s really going on in your gut, and what actually works to move forward.

You’ll also learn why SIBO isn’t something you have to live with forever.

  • E95: From Daily Acid Reflux, Vomiting & Bloating to Symptom-Free: A Real Client Gut Health Story
    Mar 17 2026

    Send me a text!

Today’s episode is a first for the podcast! I’m joined by one of my past 1:1 clients, Jennifer, who is sharing her gut health journey and experience inside my 6-month coaching program.

When Jennifer and I started working together, she was dealing with bloating, gas, stomach pain, vomiting episodes, acid reflux, fatigue, and was taking a PPI medication twice a day for GERD. She had also been experiencing unexplained seizure episodes for years.

On top of that, she was running a storefront business, working a part-time job, doing freelance work, and training in martial arts three times per week, which meant she rarely had access to a kitchen during the day.

    In this episode, Jennifer shares:
    • What her symptoms and daily life looked like before we worked together
    • Why she decided to get support despite feeling incredibly busy
    • What surprised her most about the process
    • The improvements she experienced in her digestion, energy, and overall health
    • What life looks like now, months after completing the program

If you’ve ever felt like you’re too busy to work on your gut health, or you’re tired of restrictive diets that don’t work for real life, this episode is for you.

Jennifer also shares about her business, The Hermit’s Path, and where you can connect with her.

So why are you still bloated by 3pm?

In this episode, we’re diving into one of the most overlooked causes of chronic bloating in women: stress and nervous system dysregulation.
