Visibility platform for local women business owners that cuts through the marketing speak to their raw and vulnerable stories of why they do what they do.

Rising Together exists to shift the narrative from competition to collaboration, from scarcity to stewardship, and from polished perfection to vulnerable truth.

Rising Together is built on 3 core pillars:

  • celebration and collaboration over competition,
  • resourcing and visibility for women-led businesses, and
  • the power of vulnerability to create authentic connection.

If you’ve ever felt alone in your work, questioned your worth, or wished there was more space for women to lead differently, this conversation will feel like a deep breath.

  • Practical Alchemy: Blending IFS Therapy, Astrology, and Reiki for Deep Healing with Elizabeth Scott
    Apr 16 2026

On the next episode of Rising Together, I sat down with Elizabeth Scott, LCPC, an IFS therapist, Reiki master, and astrologer who brings a beautifully integrative approach to healing.

Elizabeth practices in Maryland and teaches through her offering, Practical Alchemy, where she blends Internal Family Systems therapy with astrology and Reiki.

We explore how our birth chart can serve as an externalization of our internal parts, serving as a roadmap that helps us see ourselves with clarity and compassion. This was my favorite part!

Elizabeth also breaks down how the moon sign reveals what makes us feel most safe and nurtured, why oppositions in our chart point to our greatest opportunities for growth, and what it means when our progressed moon shifts into a new sign.

We also talk about the difference between burdened and unburdened expressions of planetary archetypes, how Reiki supports nervous system regulation to access more Self-energy, and why the astrology piece depersonalizes our struggles in a way that creates so much relief. Elizabeth shares her own experience of her progressed moon moving into Scorpio and how that intense alchemical energy opened the door for profound IFS work.

This conversation is for anyone who wants to integrate the cosmic and the personal, the spiritual and the practical. Elizabeth offers a grounded, compassionate approach to understanding yourself through multiple lenses with the results of clarity, empowerment, and deep self-compassion.

If you've been seeking a framework that honors both your inner world and the larger cycles you're part of, this episode will give you tools, language, and permission to explore both.

  • The Heart Is the Center: Kundalini Yoga, Detox, and Manifesting from Your Soul with Stasha Jankovic
    Mar 29 2026

Stasha Jankovic is the founder of a transformative healing space in Elk Grove Village that blends Kundalini Yoga and Regenerative Detox.

She beautifully shares her profound perspective on why the heart (not the mind) is the true center of healing, and how we've been conditioned to live from the neck up, disconnected from our souls.

Like kindred spirits, we explore the science and spirit behind Kundalini Yoga, including the use of mantras, mudras, and breathwork to quiet the monkey mind and access deep subconscious healing. Stasha breaks down how our bodies are electromagnetic beings, and why feeding ourselves "life" through whole, plant-based foods is essential to vitality and clarity.

We covered so much ground and this conversation goes deep into manifestation, childhood wounds, and the courageous work of stripping away layers to return to our truest selves. Stasha reminds us that peace is simple, but it requires consistency, courage, and a willingness to feel.

Whether you're curious about Kundalini Yoga, looking to detox your body and mind, or simply seeking a way back to yourself, this episode will give you tools, perspective, and permission to start exactly where you are.

  • Curated, Not Staged: How to Design a Home That Actually Feels Like You with Tara Le Veque
    Mar 7 2026

In this episode, I sit down with a Tara Le Veque, interior designer and Founder of Adorne Interiors, to explore what it really means to design a space that feels authentic — and why the most beautiful homes aren't the ones that look perfect, but the ones that feel lived in.

    We talk about

    • why mixing old and new pieces gives a space longevity
    • how to think about cohesion without making every room feel the same
    • why starting with how you want a room to feel matters more than any trend or color palette.

We also get into the difference between designing to impress and designing to actually live in — and how to let go of the pressure to make your home look like a showroom.

Whether you're mid-renovation, just trying to make a space feel more like you, or simply tired of furniture that falls apart in two years — this one is full of practical insight and a refreshing perspective on what home should really feel like.

You can find Tara online at https://adorneinteriors.com, Facebook, and Instagram.
