In this episode, Sarah gets her colour analysis done with Laura from LBD Colour Analysis! If you notice that wearing certain colours always get you compliments, that shade is likely in your colour palette season and that's what we're discussing today.

Laura tells us about her career as a nail tech and how it led into offering individual colour analysis sessions here in St. Johns. She also explains the reasoning behind each part of the session. Some clips are shown of Sarah trying different shades from each palette to figure out if she is an autumn like she thought, or something else entirely.

Lots to talk about in part two! Sarah and Mike chat about roles in a relationship, love languages and how they change, and how love languages extend into your friendships/other relationships too. They also talk about how you become more comfortable in your emotions as you age, and often prioritize yourself more which ironically makes you a better partner.

He gives advice on social media dangers, as a certified ethical hacker/software developer (and parent), as well as advice for young men on how to be more confident.

They end with the trends Sarah has noticed when it comes to dating today and how more than just romantic connections come from Speed Dating NL.

In a quick little episode (that's a few weeks delayed) Sarah gives a life update and touches on why she's been so busy lately. She echoes sentiments talked about in the last NFHH episode of season 3 and how we all need to focus on our wins more and not the things we do not have, or how long it took to get what we do.

Sarah explains the voting process and where to get information on elections.ca and smartvoting.ca to help you get out and vote on April 28th. She also rants about the things she’s noticed on social media and how most of the time, she will speak up when it comes to misinformation or lack of critical thinking.

She also discusses how a few years back, a pro-life premier in NB halted funding to Clinic 554, a similar clinic to Athena clinic here in St johns (where about 90% of abortions in NL occur) and how just because a politician claims they will not change laws or ban resources does not mean they can make them less accessible.

To end on a lighter note, she goes through simple things you can change or adopt to save money, help the environment, be less wasteful in honour of Earth Day!
