  • Four Journaling Prompts for Mental Fitness | Mini Mental
    Jan 29 2021
I remember my first journal. I made it from an old binder, some clear wrapping paper, and a stapler. I starting writing in it and felt like I escaped to my own little world. In writing, I found control over my monstrous thought. We try to manage all of our thoughts in our heads. For people with mental health challenges that can be like trying to brush your teeth with Oreo cookies in your mouth. You end up being frustrated and get no cleaning done. So I find, journaling is a great clean-up for your mind. Listen to find out which prompts I use to write.
