  • Ep 198: Q&A with designer Liz Mosley on embracing rejection and failure
    Feb 18 2026

Liz is the amazing designer who created the Love How You Eat branding and help me bring the concept to life. Working with her was such a positive, refreshing and fulfilling experience, I wanted to pick her brains about a few things.

We talk about her signature rejection challenge and the importance of failure to achieve growth and positive results across all areas of your life. And how in embracing discomfort, we create more longterm peace, evolution and satisfaction. She also gives us her thoughts on AI which I found helpful and reassuring!

  • Ep 196: The pleasure gap
    Jan 28 2026

Do you feel satisfied by your life and with how you spend your time? Do you lean on food and alcohol as your main source of pleasure and satisfaction?

The pleasure gap is the distance between the pleasure you feel in your life and the pleasure you want to feel. And when we use food and alcohol and things that give us instant gratification to fill our pleasure gap, we generally widen the gap because they come with negative downstream consequences.

This episode encourages you to acknowledge and understand your pleasure gap, and think about ways to decrease it that truly delight you and make you feel alive.

  • Ep 192: Reflections & takeaways from 2025
    Dec 17 2025

In this episode, I wanted to talk about my biggest takeaways from 2025 and encourage you to think about yours. I cover the importance of the 50/50 concept and our emotional expectations, why nothing happens without a plan, and explain how to increase your self-belief and sense of self-worth. I talk about breaking free of the social constructs and learnt conditioning that stop you from feeling your best. And explain how to become someone who takes great care of yourself consistently and without condition, and why Love How You Eat is so important to me (and us)!

Thank you for listening to the Love How You Eat podcast this year. I am so grateful for your time and commitment to feeling better and learning to love how you eat and live your life.

Have a beautiful Christmas and I'll see you on the 7th January for more. X

  • Ep 191: Q&A with Clinical Psychologist Dr Stephanie Doig on parenting anxious children
    Dec 10 2025

Dr Stephanie Doig is a BRILLIANT Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with anxious children and teens and their families. In this fascinating, helpful and practical conversation, Stephanie explains:

    - why there has been an increase in anxious children

    - how to recognise whether your child is anxious

    - what's "normal" behaviour versus what requires intervention

    - how to best navigate tricky moments with your children

    - how to support yourself when you haven't parented in the way you'd ideally like

    - how her upcoming app (launching in early 2026) can help children and parents to feel better and keep moving forwards

And I also use the example of my second son, Ralph, and his tricky eating, to show how it's not what our kids are doing that's necessarily the problem but what we make it mean about ourselves, and how our mindset is a huge opportunity for parenting in a more supportive and empowered way.
