  • #189: Revealing the ROOT of ALL or NOTHING mindset
    Oct 30 2026

OU DON'T HAVE A CONSISTENCY PROBLEM. YOU HAVE AN ALL-OR-NOTHING PROBLEM. 🔥

You miss ONE workout, and suddenly the entire week is a wash.

You eat ONE thing that wasn't part of your plan, and now you're starting over Monday.

You can't do the full workout, so you do absolutely nothing.

And then you wonder why you can't stay consistent.

    SISTER. WE NEED TO TALK.

In today's episode of Laced With Grace, Fully Embraced, we're getting uncomfortable and digging into the REAL root of all-or-nothing thinking.

Because sometimes what we call a lack of discipline is actually perfectionism, fear of failure, and an unhealthy relationship with our own expectations.

We're unpacking why we sabotage our progress, how shame keeps us trapped in the cycle of starting over, and what Scripture teaches us about renewing our minds and practicing faithful obedience.

    📖 Romans 12:2 | Romans 8:1

Here's the hard truth: You cannot build consistency while continuing to demand perfection.

And grace? Grace was never intended to become your excuse to quit. But discipline was never intended to become your punishment for being imperfect, either.

It's time to stop throwing away an entire day because of one decision.

    Stop waiting for Monday.

Stop confusing imperfect progress with failure.

And start learning how to show up even when it doesn't look exactly how you planned.

You don't need another fresh start. You need to stop quitting on the progress you've already made.

🎧 Press play, sister. This one might step on your toes, but I promise it's a conversation worth having. ❤️

THE RESISTANCE: Why Obedience Gets Uncomfortable

What if the resistance you’re feeling isn’t a sign you’re on the wrong path?

When you start walking in obedience, stewarding your body, getting in the Word, breaking old habits, and choosing discipline over comfort, don’t be surprised when things get uncomfortable.

The doubts creep in. The temptation gets louder. Suddenly, quitting feels easier than continuing.

But sister, just because it’s getting harder doesn’t mean you’re going the wrong direction.

In this episode, we’re talking spiritual warfare, battling the flesh, resisting temptation, and remaining faithful when obedience doesn’t feel good.

Because discomfort isn’t always a warning to stop. Sometimes it’s where growth begins.

YOU STILL HAVE TIME — BUT YOU DON’T HAVE TIME TO WASTE.

What if the greatest tragedy wasn’t running out of time, but wasting the time God entrusted to you?

With less than three months left in 2026, this isn’t another “finish the year strong” pep talk.

    It’s a wake-up call.

How much longer will you delay obedience, make excuses, entertain distractions, and wait for the “right time” to start living intentionally?

You’re not promised tomorrow, but you ARE responsible for how you steward today.

In this episode, we’re getting real about wasted time, spiritual complacency, delayed obedience, and being faithful with whatever time God gives us.

You still have time, friend. But what are you doing with it? Ephesians 5:15–16 | James 4:14

  • #186: the lie "I just need to get my life together first"
    Sep 23 2026

Are you waiting to “get your life together” before you finally commit to taking care of yourself?

In today’s episode, we’re calling out the cycle of waiting for life to calm down, motivation to come back, or circumstances to be perfect before we start stewarding what God has already entrusted to us.

We’re talking grace without excuses, discipline without perfection, and learning to stay faithful even when life feels messy. Plus, we’re setting the stage for October’s UNSHAKEN theme—because the goal isn’t to only show up when life is easy. It’s to build a foundation that can stand when life gets hard.

You don’t need a perfect season. You need a firm foundation.

  • #184: Steward: What does it actually mean to steward your body?
    Sep 2 2026

“STEWARD: What Does It Actually Mean to Steward Your Body?” podcast, I’d use:

STEWARD: What Does It Actually Mean to Steward Your Body?

Your body was never meant to be worshiped—but it wasn’t meant to be neglected either.

In this episode, we’re digging into what it actually means to steward the body God has entrusted to you.

    Stewardship changes the conversation from:

“How can I make my body look better?”
    to
“How can I faithfully care for what belongs to God?”

We’re talking about the difference between stewardship and obsession, why discipline and grace are not enemies, how our health habits can become an act of worship, and why caring for your body is about so much more than shrinking it.

I’m also sharing what this looks like practically through Laced With Grace, our September STEWARD workout theme, and the upcoming STEWARDED: Laced With Grace Nutrition Academy—where we’re going even deeper into nutrition, food, discipline, identity, and learning to approach health through the lens of the Gospel.

    1 Corinthians 6:19–20

You don’t own the body you’re living in.

    It was entrusted to you.

The question is: How are you stewarding it?

  • #183: If I were a Christian woman wanting to lose weight... this is what I would do
    Aug 21 2026

If I were a Christian woman wanting to lose weight, I wouldn’t start with another diet.

    I’d start with my heart.

Because you can lose the weight, hit your macros, eat “clean,” and crush your workouts—and still be completely consumed by your body.

In this episode, we’re talking about what biblical, practical fat loss can actually look like: prioritizing protein, strength training, nourishing instead of restricting, ditching comparison, practicing self-control, and getting honest about whether your health goals have quietly become an idol.

    You’re allowed to want results.

But your body was never meant to be your god, the scale was never meant to determine your worth, and food was never meant to be your comforter.

Let’s stop chasing smaller at all costs and start learning to steward what God entrusted to us.

  • #182: When Will I See Progress? — You Might Be Asking the Wrong Question
    Aug 14 2026

When Will I See Progress? — You Might Be Asking the Wrong Question

“How long until I see progress?”

It’s one of the most common questions in fitness—but what if it’s keeping you focused on the wrong thing?

In this episode, we’re talking about why progress can’t always be measured by the mirror, the scale, or how quickly your body changes. We’ll unpack what you should be looking for when starting a new training program, why constantly questioning whether something is “working” can keep you from ever giving it enough time to work, and how to shift your focus from chasing results to faithfully stewarding the process.

Because maybe the better question isn’t “How fast will this change my body?”

    Maybe it’s:

“Am I becoming the kind of woman who can faithfully show up, stay consistent, fuel well, recover well, and trust the process—even before I can see the fruit?”

Progress is happening in more places than the mirror.
