The Pelicans are undergoing one of the most active offseasons in franchise history. With new EVP Joe Dumars the Pels are reshaping the team with new young talent and adding strong veteran leaders to the locker room.

This episode begins by breaking down the CJ McCollum trade as the Pelicans look to be moving further away from the David Griffin tenure. Jordan Poole and Saddiq Bey add much needed depth and the aspect of youth as the Pelicans show that 2025-2026 could be a year of trial and error in roster alignment.

In the second part of the episode the focus transitions to the Pelicans current first round selections at sport 7 and 23. At pick 7 we discus prospects Jeremiah Fears, Tre Johnson, and Ace Bailey. The discussion for spot 23 moves the focus to two established centers Ryan Kalkbrenner and Maxime Raynaud who could provide support for Yves Missi.
