Woop Woop! You'll cheer for this method to help you meet your goals! WOOP stands for Wish, Outcome, Obstacles, Plan and it challenges you to identify what your true wishes are, and what stands in your way. I have started using this mental exercise and it is helping me prepare for things I want to achieve. Deceptively simple but effective! Thank you to the class I took from a Yale professor who introduced this WOOP approach to us that was conceived from Dr. Gabriele Oettingen. I hope it helps you move forward towards the things you would like to do but feel paralyzed like I do sometimes. Cheers!
