We all need friends! Even the most introverted people need at least one or two friends. Ya gotta! The phrase "Live together Die alone" comes to mind. It means survival, success, and meaning depend on unity and community. Studies show that people with close friends and relationships lead healthier and live happier lives. I know I'm more happy when I am with good friends.

When you are young, especially in school, making friends is easy and effortless. But as an adult, it is harder to meet people, much less spend enough time to develop these types of close relationships. Adult friendships require WAY more effort. Listen in as I describe different types of friendships and try to break down ways to build new relationships or strengthen the ones you have.
