I am amazed (she agreed) and excited to have my favorite introvert friend on this podcast episode and so proud of her for doing it with me! TWO EPISODES! She explains the meaning of what a social battery is and how to protect your time and not drain it for things that are not worth it. She also discusses making friendships as an introvert and the challenges of choosing the right people to spend your time with. She takes us back to her college days with some hot mess stories about insane roommates and how she managed to protect her boundaries in spite of all of it. I really appreciate her friendship so much and I know this was hard for her to do, so her name has been changed, just in case, to Jinxie. I also assign new names to her children, but you'll see I did not pick winners there. lol. It's a fun ride!
