  • How to free yourself and become more of who you truly are with Aspen Marino
    Sep 22 2025

In this episode I talk to the wonderful Aspen Marino.

Aspen is a wild one from the mountains of Montana. Her medicine is body-based and soul-oriented. She helps you get unstuck and free who you are.

Her work is about recognizing the ways we limit our freedom, cut ourselves off, and create patterns of suffering—and guiding the process of opening these places up.

Through hands-on bodywork, somatic coaching, teaching, and facilitating, she supports people in growing their capacity to let energy move through them, bringing them ever more alive and into who they really are.

In this conversation we talk about Aspen's journey into her body and into the work she now does.

We talk about how starting where we are and meeting what actually is is ultimately the way to remembering who we truly are, the way to move past what the world has imprinted onto us and uncover our true blueprint.

We also discuss how if something's not right in our body then something's not right in our life and how to look at the systems the symptoms are occurring in and work with the body to uncover its wisdom.

This is a fascinating conversation and one that I think is so important for the times that we find ourselves in. We have to get back in touch with our own bodies in order to stop self abandoning ourselves, start questioning the systems around us and start living and being in a different way for the benefit of ourselves and the earth.

  • We need to talk about fascism
    Jul 14 2025

Welcome to another episode of For our liberation.

In this episode I talk to Alice Leibowitz, founder of Conversations against fascism.

With a degree in psychology and a masters in public policy, Alice's career initially focused on facilitating groups and organisational design in the non profit sector.

However, it was Trump's first presedential term that heralded the beginning of Conversations against fascism because, simply put, that's what Alice felt she needed at the time, to be having conversations about and against fascism.

In this conversation we cover many topics but the main thread is that of how to be an effective activist in these times, which is the work that Alice now does, supporting people in creating a world in which we are all safe, valued and free.

If you're an activist or even just someone like me who feels as though you can't stand by and do nothing and yet you just don't quite know where or how to start, then I think this conversation will be really helpful. I know it was for me.

If you want to learn more about Alice's work and to join her for her upcoming program then you can find all of the details by following the links below:

  • We need to do life differently...but what does that even mean?
    May 5 2025

We need to do life differently.

I think most of us are agreed on this. But what does it really mean?

In this episode I share a bit about my own story of burnout and near bankruptcy and how it has led me to realise that it's not me who needs fixing but the systems that we're living in.

We can't keep living this way and expect to be well, we can't thrive while we're complying with systems that are designed to keep us in survival mode.

I talk about how we need to grieve the life that we thought we were going to live and focus instead on building a life based on satisfaction, simplicity and enough rather than abundance.

There is liberation in simplification, which is a thread I will continue to follow in upcoming podcasts.

In this episode I refer to a podcast episode with Sean Nicole, you can find it here.

I also mention a book by Chris van Tulleken called Ultra Processed People, which is well worth a read.

  • How to trust in your essential self and live a custom made life
    Apr 23 2025

I am so delighted to bring you this episode with the fabulous Sean Nicole.

Sean and I have known each other for about 18 months now, first meeting when I booked a soul alignment session with her and then working together in her Soulfully working program.

Sean has such a beautiful and infectious energy as well as being a very wise soul, so this episode is an absolute joy.

Sean is an intuitive guide and spiritual teacher with a gift for seeing the soul's true essence. Her journey began with Human Design, a tool she studied for years before her intuitive gifts fully awakened. Through this work, she developed the Essence Reading, a powerful offering that helps clients reconnect with their true nature and step into the life their soul is calling them to live.

Now based in Nosara, Costa Rica, Sean spends her days immersed in nature, whether reading spiritual texts, swimming in the ocean, or exploring the outdoors.

In this episode we talk about Sean's journey to doing what she does now, the importance of being in service to our soul's satisfaction (I'm very available for that!), the importance of sourcing our safety and security from within ourselves, why we need to trust in life and how to go about building our trust muscle.

We also discuss how having a regulated nervous system is necessary in order to fully live our most authentic lives and the importance of aligning with and living from our true essence.

On that note, Sean has recently started doing Essence readings, which can be booked by following this link: https://www.seannicolem.com/bookings

If you want to get in touch with Sean you can find her on her website https://www.seannicolem.com/ and on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/_seannicole/

She also has a fantastic podcast (one of my favourites) Let's be Soulful. Listen here on Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/lets-be-soulful/id1792311118

I also reference a previous episode of the For Our Liberation podcast with Laura Hartley on Internalised Capitalism. You can find it here: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/for-our-liberation/id1212555780?i=1000691148267

    Feb 11 2025

In this episode I chat to Laura Hartley about all things capitalism and how we might go about dismantling the pesky internal capitalist that's so often running the show, whether we're aware of it or not. • How to change the dating game and create an exceptional intimate relationship with Andrea Balboni
    May 24 2021

This week's episode is very close to my heart.

One of the areas of life that I find most challenging is intimate relationships, and that's why I'm so excited to be bringing you the wisdom of Andrea Balboni in this episode.

Andrea is a sex, love and relationships coach and founder of Lush Coaching. She helps high performing, entrepreneurial women find fulfilling long term relationships and nourishing, pleasure filled sex that feeds their soul. Who doesn't want that!?!

In this episode both Andrea and myself share our journeys with being single for more than ten years and Andrea shares the path that she took to finally overcome what was holding her back and create the intimate relationship that she really desired.

Amongst other things we talk about:

    - The idea of having an energetic signature in relationship rather than playing a particular role

    - The interplay of masculine and feminine in relationships

    - Why being single for a long time does not mean you can't have the relationship you desire

    - Why it's important to smooth things out before getting into the dating game and how to go about it

    - Why it's essential to work with the body, mind and energy if we really want to see changes in our relationship patterns

    - Why being in a secure relationship can actually enhance your career rather than detracting from it

    - The challenge high performing women have with admitting they have needs

    - Why it's key to shift more into being than doing if you want to change the dating game

There is so much wisdom in this episode and, if you like what you hear, then you can find more from Andrea on Instagram @andreabalboni_lush and on her website www.lushcoaching.com.

She also runs events on dating, healthy relationships and how to feel irresistibly attractive.

If you have any questions about this episode we'd love to hear from you. You can contact us via our social media channels or by email at corinne@corinneworsley.com

And if you enjoy this episode I'd be really grateful if you could leave a review to help me reach even more people through this podcast.
