Welcome back everyone! Today's episode is another chapter of my Program Showcase series; this time it is all about Phoenix Independent Winterguard. I sat down with director, Chad Clum and 17 year vet, Madie Clum to discuss the history, structure, ideologies, traditions, and funny moments of their program. We had a lot of good laughs and I caught Chad off guard quite a few times with some secret intel during the interview.
