Welcome back everyone. For today's episode I sat down with the Director of Emerald Winterguard, Hector Brambila, to discuss all the ins-and-outs of the Emerald program. We discussed his role as director, the history of the program, Starbucks orders, puppies at rehearsal, the WGASC and more. We also talked quite a bit about the 2026 Wait List issue that impacted the Independent Open class last season. Links to their performances can be found below.

Welcome back everyone! Today's episode is another chapter of my Program Showcase series; this time it is all about Phoenix Independent Winterguard. I sat down with director, Chad Clum and 17 year vet, Madie Clum to discuss the history, structure, ideologies, traditions, and funny moments of their program. We had a lot of good laughs and I caught Chad off guard quite a few times with some secret intel during the interview. Links to their website, various shows, my "Clap for the Flags" merch store, and buy me a coffee page can all be found below.

Thanks for listening!
