  • Episode 8: Laced Up Part 1: Running Stories & Sneaker Talk
    Apr 21 2025

On this Boston Marathon Monday I couldn't think of a better episode to air. Three runners. Countless miles. One shared obsession.

Running enthusiasts and fellow running partners and RTB Teammates Matt Persell and Ron Gallant join Shaina to talk about all things running...but then they realized it would take much longer than an hour to do that so consider this part one :)

In this episode, we dive into the highs and lows of running—from chasing personal bests to our favorite (and least favorite) race memories. We swap tips on training, staying motivated, and how to pick the perfect pair of sneakers. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just lacing up for your first 5K, join us for stories, laughs, and plenty of runner real talk.

  • Episode 8.5: We Reached the Beach
    Sep 17 2025

Oh hey! It's been a while!!

In this VERY homegrown and raw "shorty" bonus episode, come along with me and my team "Born to Run 2.0" for Ragnar Race's "Reach the Beach" (RTB) relay race. What a challenging and fun experience that I have been fortunate enough to participate in for several years. Here's a little insider scoop of our sprint team this year.

This one is silly but also special to me for a few reasons, one of them being that it was my first road race back in 2 years, and for me and all that I have gone through in those two years, that's a pretty big deal and it couldn't be more fitting for the mission of this podcast.

Also, I believe this was my 7th, not 6th RTB :)

Stay tuned for more episodes coming SOON from Elevate your Everyday <3

  • Episode 5: Rising Strong: Transforming Trauma into Triumph
    Mar 28 2025

In this deeply personal episode, I share stories from the past, most recently my health scare almost 1 year go, and how it lead me on a journey of overcoming trauma, both physically and mentally. I talk about the struggle of dealing with it all and the mental toll it took, while also exploring how I learned to drown out the noise of negativity and focused on healing.

Life isn't always easy, but I've discovered how to turn bad experiences into valueable lessons that shape a stronger, newer version of me. I'll share practical was to stay positive when life feels like it's falling apart, how to rise above the challenges that come your way, and why it's so important to stop looking back and start looking forward.

Let's learn together how to turn setbacks into comebacks, because as we all know, the comeback can be so much greater than the setback.
