I feel like I have been dumped, even though he keeps saying it’s temporary.

Should I continue to pursue this relationship? It breaks my heart that I have somehow become “the other woman”, even though I was here first. So, do I stick around and wait for Nick to figure things out, or do I cut my losses and start looking for a new partner?

I work a job that takes up all my time. I want to get away from that and run my own business. At least then, even if it takes up all my time, it's ultimately to make my life better, not so someone else can go play golf during the week. I don't think I'm ready to quit my job just yet.
