    • THE TRIAL OF SEAN "DIDDY" COMBS
      Jun 4 2025

In our season six finale, we cover the trial of Sean "P. Diddy" Combs. Once a major figure in the music industry, Diddy now faces serious allegations, including sex trafficking, assault, and other federal crimes.

We break down the timeline of events — from the first civil lawsuits in 2023 to the federal raids on his homes and the growing list of accusers. We also look at what’s known so far about the government’s case, the response from Diddy’s legal team, and the latest developments from the high-profile criminal trial.

In Canada, if you or someone you know is the victim of sexual abuse, resources listed by province are available at https://endingviolencecanada.org/sexual-assault-centres-crisis-lines-and-support-services/.

In the US, you can contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline by phone at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673) or the RAINN online chat at online.rainn.org.

    • THE WRONGFUL CONVICTION OF THOMAS JAMES (PATREON UNLOCKED)
      May 28 2025

This week, we are unlocking a bonus episode from our Patreon page. Originally available since last year for patrons only, it's now available free for everyone. We will be back with our season finale episode next week!

What’s in a name? For Thomas James, his name was his downfall. A combination of bad luck, bad police work, and a bad reputation landed Thomas in jail for over 30 years for the murder of Francis McKinnon. What seemed like an open and shut case proved to be a tragic miscarriage of justice, punishing an innocent man and letting a guilty one run free.

    • THE UNSOLVED DYLAN EHLER CASE
      May 21 2025

On May 6, 2020 in the small town of Truro, Nova Scotia, a normal spring afternoon turned into a nightmare when three-year-old Dylan Ehler vanished without a trace. One moment, he was playing in his grandmother’s backyard — the next, he was gone. Within minutes, a frantic search began, and by the end of the day, only two small rubber boots were found near a fast-moving brook.

In this episode, we take a closer look at the disappearance of Dylan Ehler — a case that has haunted his family and baffled investigators for five years. We walk through the timeline of that day, examine the search efforts, and explore the controversial theories that have emerged: Was Dylan swept away by the current, or could foul play have been involved?

We also unpack the ripple effects this tragedy had on the Ehler family, from their battle with online harassment to their push for legislative change with "Dylan’s Law." Join us as we piece together the heartbreaking story of a little boy who vanished in seconds — and a family still searching for answers.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Truro Police Service at 902-895-5351.
